The abiotic factors specific to the tropical rainforest are the amounts of water, sunlight, soil, perception, the temperature, and the climate as a whole. These factors affect plants and animals that live there. If there wasn't water and sunlight then the plants would not be able to grow and animals depends on plants for food. These factors also affect the types of animals and plants grow/live here. since rainforest live close to the earth equator there is much sunlight here and the climate of the rainforest is usually warm and wet. All of these factors help the ecosystem grow and thrive. The amazon rainforest requires heavy rain, at least 80-430 inches to different regions of the tropical rainforest.
